Terms and Conditions

1.TOUR RATE
Tour price will be based on the customer’s specific requirements regarding: duration (number of tour days), number of golf sessions, golf course and other special requirements during the tour. Tour prices will be calculated in US$ denominations and may change when guests have changes in schedule, time, service standards, number of guests… and will be notified by Vietnam Golf Lux sales staff. and consulting.

2. RESERVATION
– Guests make reservations in advance for weekends, especially public holidays and Tet.
– Reservations are required via phone, email, or directly by contacting the Sales department.
– In addition to travel date reservations, Guests are required to provide their full names and other special requests. Making reservations means that Guests agree to the Rules and Rates confirmed by the Vietnam Golf Lux.

3. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
We will send you the confirmation of the booking at 24-48 hours after receiving your booking.

4. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
     4.1. DEPOSITE
To make a reservation for the services (Accommodation, Transfer, Golf course and Tee time..), all bookings are required a deposit prior to arrival to guarantee the services from 30%-50% of the total of the booking. However, In some cases, customers will be asked to pay in full immediately after the booking is confirmed. (for example: the booking time is close to the tour date, some service providers require full payment before the tour date…).
     4.2. PAYMENT
We have 02 methods of payment:
-Online payment: We will send you an online payment link. That is safe to your credit card and it requests 3% transfer fee (the customer will pay for this transfer fee).
-Bank transfer: We will send you our bank detail via email when the booking is confirmed. Bank transfer fees (internal or external fees or there may be additional fees for middle-bank) will be paid by the customer.
-The remaining amount of the booking will be paid on the first day of the trip. Pay in cash to Vietnam Golf Lux’s staff or online link or bank transfer according to the information above.

5. CANCELLATION
Guests who have booked the tour and services but cannot come must contact the Sales department via email to notify the cancellation. We will impose a cancellation fee on Guests who fail to notify cancellation or cancellation within the penalty period, cancellation or no-show penalty fee is determined by the Vietnam Golf Lux. Detailed:
More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge.
30-45 days before arrival: 10% charge
31-40 days before arrival: 20% charge
21-30 days before arrival: 40% charge
15-20 days before arrival: 60% charge
19-15 days before arrival: 80% charge
14-01 days prior to arrival date: 100% Charge.
** Note: The cancellation fees shall be varied up to specific itinerary.

6. REFUND AND UNUSED SERVICES
For guests on the tour, if they do not participate in the entire tour, there will be no refunds or conversions for services they do not use.

7. CONFIRMATION SERVICES
After receiving the deposit, we will send a service confirmation slip (including detailed itinerary, hotel information, golf course information and other services on the tour) with service vouchers and Invoice to confirm your deposit via email.
